Example #3: Measurement Inside Egypt.

Speaking about health care in Egypt, doctors are rarely present, bad equipment, and low quality services in hospitals. A man reported that it took him one year to get the approval paper to be treated on the country’s expense. It took him not only time, but also a lot of money for transportations and for signing the needed papers. And after all, he was prescribed the wrong medicine as it’s cheaper for the ministry. The man said “because I’m poor, after being humiliated, they gave me the wrong medicine. The man is too old to work, one of his sons has to leave school to work, his wife started cleaning houses, and there are still other four children in school. The man reported “from where could I afford all of this?” And they say poverty rate in Cairo declined.
